The Pastoral Search Team on Wednesday 21st August 2024.

Praise God! We have been contacted by a prospective pastor candidate! The pastor has provided us with comprehensive background information that we have taken time to review.

After prayerful consideration we have made some basic enquires with the pastor, sought guidance from Steve Ballin (from Longreach Baptist) and others at Queensland Baptists.

The pastoral search team has decided to proceed to the next step, being a “Preliminary Interview” with the candidate, and are in the process of arranging a date and time and refining the interview questions.

We can’t wait to share more information about the candidate with you after the preliminary interview – until that time we ask you to respect the privacy of the candidate and be in prayer for him and for the pastoral search team.

Please come and speak to us if you have any questions, and of course don’t stop praying.
