Sam Childers is an American missionary who has turned from a life of crime to a life in full service to God. Sam, also known as the Machine Gun Preacher, rescues children who have been captured by rebel militias and brainwashed them to become child soldiers in South Sudan and Northern Uganda. He has been doing this for 25 years and is still there today fighting for the stolen children.
